First logged training session.Yesterday was my 2nd squat training day.Doing 1 x 4reps at 315lbs, at bit conservative. then 4 x 3 with 315, 295, 295, 295lbs. Followed by 3 x 8 box squats @ 215-215-225 lbs.The rest was accessory training.
