Friday May 11th. Squat+Bench+Deads. US Metro w/ Pascal+Cedric. Mini competition with the x3 exercises. Tough but good. I was better with the squats but they still need more work. The bench was better too with claque work and positioning too. Deads went well. I doubled 155 and then a single 155. Important to've been able to get this work done. Next week I'll be a bit lighter but the sessions must be intense too. Concentrating on every move. >Squats 60, 75, 90, 100, 110. 3x 115, 3x 115, 3x 120. >Bench 60, 75, 90. 2x 100 claque, 2x 102.5 claque. >Deads 70, 90, 110, 130, 145. A la claque:2x 155, 1x 155. Front squats are greater weight: 75, 80, 85kgs. Improvement. They're in the hole. Form is good too. Close grips are also better: more weight and the claque is powerful. Position and chest are better and stability is coming along. >Front squats: 3x 50, 60, 70. 3x 5 @ 75. 4x 80, 3x 85. >Close Grip Bench Press w/ claque: 4x 85, 87, 90. 3x 95 au rebond. Friday May 1st. Total workout. Massena w/ Cédric+Pascal Still learning here. Lots of time with the squats. Not heavy. Tech work and more tech work. Take food for these long/intense sessions from now on. >Squats: 5x 100, 5x 105x 5x 110. Sortie de barre: 125, 130. >Close Grip Bench Press: Slight pain rt. shoulder so the weight was lighter. 3x 5 @ 82.5 >Deadlift: Tired now cause no gas left. So, just a warm up and 5x 120. Saturday April 25th. Bench Press + Deadlifts. Massena w/ Cedric. Super Saturday session left me beat but with great satisfaction. heavy stuff and tech too. All went well in spite of the seasonal allergies which I'm treating without black listed meds!. >Bench Press: warm up and then with a claque: 2x 2 reps @ 100. Difficult for the 2nd rep but I managed to get it off the chest and squeezed out thanks to the triceps work I'm doing. >Deadlifts: warmup was 60, 80, 100, 120. Now, these became single reps with a repositioning for each rep. No rebounds! 5x 140, 5x 145. Then at 150 only able to get 4 reps cause I was cooked. Stretches on the floor for hams and adductors.
