I'm back to some regular training after World's and traveling. Going to start slow, trying to get my adductor/hip better. I still feel it and I know if I start squatting again it will be back. For walking lunges I took 16 alternating steps. For walking prowler I didn't push off with my toes, just tried to step and pull back.

2nd to last session before Worlds. Still no squatting but my hip is feel a lot better; I think it was the right move. Bench opener is going to be 142.5kg; did 3 singles really easy. Deadlift is feeling great.

Still no squats. Makes me very uneasy but I'm going to stay the course and try to heal up. Bench and deadlifts feeling on point.

Still no squatting but I feel like the rest is making it feel a bit better. Still did some walk outs with heavy weight and it felt super light. I got a little a head of myself on the bench and did a little heavier than I would open at. Still went up quick. I think 142.5 is the right weight to open at. Deadlifts are feeling a lot better now that we have decreased the volume and intensity.

No squatting today... Going to try to let my adductor heal before worlds. It made me very sad but benching and deadlifts were good.

Bench was pretty good, could have been a bit faster but I got it done. Joel was in town and we had a serious talk about my plan for Worlds given my adductor injury. Cut back on the triples and just did some singles on my squat because of it.
