injury is still present, think im just going to take 2 weeks off from doing anything heavy for lower body. Ill focus on some bodyweight stuff and strenghthen some tissues, bc i am not gonna train through it. Will also deload bench, ddnt like the length of my 3rd pause today.

A bit light. hardest workout in a long time. Accidentally went 10lbs heavier on deadlifts bc i had no 45 lb plates available and thot the black plates were 5 but their 10. Bench was supper quick and easy, but my left elbow kind of gave out on my third rep, felt like I got punched in my funny bone, so after that rep, i racked it, Made up for it in back off sets.

Had to leave gym and buy chalk mid workout lol. Lost mine the day prior apperently. Squats and deadlifts flew up, bench could have gotten 5 but ddn't want to get rpe 9.5.
